Plain answers about condition, warranty, lead times, payment and returns. If something is not covered here, the sales desk will answer it directly.
For some lines yes, and for others we are an independent distributor buying through the open market and authorised channel partners. We will tell you which applies to a given part when we quote, in writing. We do not claim authorisation we do not hold.
Every line we quote is described as new and sealed, new in bulk or factory tray packing, or refurbished and tested. The condition appears on the quotation and on the invoice. If a description is ever unclear, ask and we will send photographs of the actual units.
Yes, for stocked items. We capture serials at intake, so we can send them with the proforma invoice. For indent orders the serials follow at despatch.
There is no formal minimum. In practice, orders below roughly AED 2,000 carry a handling charge because the paperwork costs the same as a large order.
Stocked items confirmed before 14:00 Gulf Standard Time leave the same working day. Built-to-order servers take three to eight working days depending on the configuration. Indent lines are quoted with a real lead time, which we update if it moves.
We ship across the GCC, the wider Middle East, the CIS, South and Southeast Asia, and East and West Africa. We handle export documentation from Dubai. Import duties and clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Manufacturer warranty applies where the item carries one and is transferable. Where it does not, we provide our own limited warranty, stated on the invoice, of between 90 days and 12 months depending on the line. Warranty terms are always written down before you pay.
Contact us with the invoice number and the fault. We issue a returns authorisation number and a shipping address. Items must come back in the original packaging with all accessories. Faulty items are replaced or credited; items ordered in error may be returned within 14 days subject to a restocking charge.
New accounts are on advance payment by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Credit terms of 30 days are available to established customers after a trade reference check. We invoice in AED and USD.
No. We are a trading and distribution business only. We will populate a server to your bill of materials and test it before despatch, but we do not install, integrate, configure or support systems on site. Our customers are integrators who do that work themselves.
Yes. We will reserve stocked items against a signed purchase order for up to 14 days at no cost. Longer holds and staged call-off deliveries can be arranged for larger projects.

One more thing worth saying plainly
We are a trading and distribution business. We do not install, configure, integrate or support systems, and we will tell you so rather than take work we are not set up to do. If you need those services, several of our customers provide them and we are happy to point you toward one.
